Just a brief history of Subang Jaya. During the 1970s, Sime Darby built a new town called Subang Jaya out of an old rubber estate called Seafield Estate. The old Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport) was what most people knew about Subang back then. KLIA is now Malaysia’s main international airport, but the old airport still stands. Now, the airport is called Subang Skypark, and it mostly serves domestic flights and is the main hub for corporate and private aviation in Southeast Asia.
The city has grown a lot in the last 30 years. It was mostly a residential township at first, but in recent years, it has become a well-known city all over the world. If you want to go to a college or university, you’ll find a lot of them in the Klang Valley. Over the years, there has been a big rise in the number of students from other countries.

A water theme park called Sunway Lagoon is in the nearby township of Bandar Sunway, and it’s a popular place for tourists from all over the country to visit. The commercial area of SS15 is the heart of Subang Jaya’s entertainment and business. There are also a lot of international food and drink stores, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and banks in the area.
You can go to shopping malls in USJ like Da Men and Main Place to get more things to buy. There are also shopping malls like the 19 USJ City Mall and Giant USJ to give you more choices. USJ Taipan is the commercial centre of the USJ township. It’s a very busy place for business. There are a lot of small-scale commercial areas spread out around the neighbourhoods of USJ. These areas provide amenities and conveniences as well.
